AutoChem™ Heavy Duty Truck Wash is a premium quality liquid soap for truck and trailer washing applications. It rapidly dissolves and removes the toughest soils and road grime, working exceptionally well with air pressurised misting sprayers, or automatic washing equipment in both hot or cold water. Its powerful, extreme performance formula contains corrosion inhibitors and provides residual protection to surfaces to further resist rust.
Heavy Duty Truck Wash leaves vehicles impressively shiny and streak-free, inside and out. It will not strip quality polishes, and is safe to use on all surfaces, including plastic, rubber, chrome, and aluminium. As it removes built-up pollutants and abrasive grime particles, it is the perfect solution for efficiently degreasing concrete and asphalt workshop floors and benches, and can be diluted to a ratio of 1 part cleaner to 250 parts water for a concentration suited to the severity of cleaning required.
As an economical multi-purpose soap designed to replace a variety of other cleaning products, TW18 is widely used in multiple industries, including marine, mining, and farming, and often for the manual washing of heavy machinery, parts, equipment, and tools. APPLICATION
May be applied with a pressure washer or manually with a bucket and brush.
Prior to washing, inspect surfaces to check for powdery, oxidised paintwork. Poor quality, or fatigued polishes may result in a patchy or mottled finish. Also, ensure paintwork has not been heated by the sun, or a recently running motor. Wait for the surface to cool before commencing.
Rinse vehicle to remove excess dust or dirt.
Apply starting at the bottom and moving upwards and across the vehicle.

DILUTION
Automatic Washers or Spray Equipment: Refer to equipment manufacturer for instructions on recommended ratios.
Hand Washing: For general conditions of surface contamination, mix 1 part solution with 20 parts water (hot or cold). Heavy deposits or grease contaminated areas may require double the concentration.
