Free Delivery Over $100 + GST — Terms & Conditions (Tasmania Based)

Free delivery applies to eligible orders with a total cart value of $100 + GST, AUD or more after discounts and promotions have been applied. The $100 + GST threshold is calculated before shipping charges.

This free delivery offer applies to orders delivered within Tasmania using standard shipping services to metro and selected regional areas.

We can ship interstate, however the following products are not eligible for interstate shipping and are excluded from free delivery:

• Items weighing over 5kg,

• Dangerous goods (DG) chemicals, liquids, and aerosols, and

• Bulky or oversized items.

For these restricted items, a freight quote can be provided on request, or customers may arrange their own freight after purchase.

Free delivery applies to standard shipping only. Express, priority, or special-handling services are excluded unless otherwise stated.

Some products may be excluded from this offer due to size, weight, freight class, or courier restrictions. Where additional charges apply, customers will be notified prior to dispatch.

Free delivery is applied per order and cannot be redeemed as cash, credit, or refund. This offer cannot be combined with other shipping promotions unless specified.

If an item is returned and the revised order value falls below $100, standard shipping fees may be deducted from any refund in accordance with our returns policy.
